There is Only One thing Better than a Dead Republican. No Republicans.

One of the most prolific Nazi hunters in history was a Soviet sniper adoringly called “Lady Death.” With 309 confirmed kills, Lyudmila Pavlichenko is the deadliest female sniper in history. She advises, “To let a Nazi remain alive in your land is to abet the murder of your own people. Only a dead Nazi can be trusted to leave the innocent unharmed.”
Wise words.
Lindsey Graham is and always has been a bigot and an enemy of the people. He was a co-conspirator in the efforts to overturn the 2020 election. He voted against protections for same-sex and interracial marriages. He started promoting an end to birthright citizenship over 15 years ago. And he has supported almost all of Trump’s most detestable impulses and legislative efforts.
Rotting in hell is too good for him.
Does it benefit the people that this piece of shit isn’t alive to continue the work of murdering innocent civilians, separating children from their families, dismantling the rights we have fought for generations to secure, and destroying our global alliances on behalf of our adversaries? Absolutely.
Lindsey Graham could not be trusted to leave the innocent unharmed.
Americans alive in this time, though, have been charged with protecting the greatest attack on Democracy this nation has witnessed since her birth. And we are failing miserably. Allowing Senator Graham to pass peacefully in his home is evidence of that failure.
Lindsey should have died in a piss glazed prison cell. He should never have been allowed to travel to Kiev to disgrace Democracy itself with his presence. We can’t make the same mistake with Trump, his Administration, and every one of his foot soldiers.
The world should have the spectacular privilege of watching Trump die in prison along with the Vice President, his Cabinet, his loyalist Congresspeople and every local and state official, Proud Boy and private citizen that conspired with him to deprive our rights and terrorize our streets.
It is unfuckingbelievable we haven’t indicted these walking colostomy bags yet.
Contrary to popular belief, the President does not have absolute immunity. Members of Congress have even less protection. And the Vice President doesn’t have much more immunity than your average, everyday citizen. (You can learn more here.) And yet none of them have been dragged into a courtroom. None of them have been forced to turn over evidence and identify accomplices. And none of them have been found guilty and tossed into a cell where they belong.
Why?
Because the American people have been deceived into believing that no one can hold Trump or anyone he touches accountable. It’s madness, but it’s manufactured madness.
Most Americans have been led to believe that SCOTUS let Trump walk free after the insurrection. If he is immune from prosecution for that, we can’t prosecute him for anything. That’s the big excuse, right? [Insert memes of Trump with a crown on and a video of King Trump flying a jet over protestors and dumping shit all over them.]
Not quite.
The Supreme Court created a whole new set of guidelines for how to indict a sitting President. These new rules were completely different than the Department of Justice guidelines that had been in place prior. Jack Smith had not clearly distinguished between which crimes fell under the umbrella of immunity and which ones didn’t, so his cases were sent back to the lower court for further review.
The charges weren’t dropped, though, and the President wasn’t cleared. After Trump won the election, Smith strategically chose to request a dismissal with prejudice to prevent Trump’s DOJ form taking the case over. He played the same card with his classified documents case.
New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s hush money case was also allowed to continue. The crimes Trump was accused of in this case occurred before he was President, so he clearly had no immunity to claim whatsoever. Bragg secured a conviction, but he strategically chose to request a sentence with no punishment. This was his best chance at securing a conviction, and he took it.
SCOTUS has not yet ruled on whether or not there are crimes so egregious that a sitting President could be incarcerated. Prosecutors should be formally asking the courts whether or not sedition, child rape, murder, bribery, and criminal conspiracy are worthy of prison time, or worse, and working overtime to persuade them that the answer is yes.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s RICO case against the President and his co-conspirators was so strong, she secured 4 convictions before Republicans successfully had her removed from the case. After the Presidential immunity ruling, the case was allowed to continue. The President could have been convicted in Georgia, but not a single prosecutor stepped up to take her place.
Trump wasn’t allowed to walk free after the insurrection because of Presidential immunity. He was allowed to walk free because of cowardice. We are still immobilized by this cowardice today. And it doesn’t end with the President.
It seems as though Prosecutors are too afraid to go after anyone in Trump’s administration for anything. Seriously, who gave Kash Patel and Big Balls scepters and crowns?
Public officials and members of the media are hiding behind the idea that only the Attorney General can indict a sitting President. That’s a lie. Those were the old rules. We don’t need them anymore. And if the fog of propaganda starts settling back in, remember that Trump was marked a felon by a District Attorney AFTER the immunity ruling. No DOJ required.
Next time, though, we need him to ask for prison time.
Trump has no immunity from indictment for crimes he committed before he became President, in between terms, while serving as the head of a political party, and or acts outside of the boundaries of his responsibilities as President.
A sitting President enjoys no immunity for raping children. He also enjoys no immunity for obstructing justice in the cases against their abusers.
Trump isn’t immune from indictment for any part of the effort to overturn the election that occurred form the moment Joe Biden was inaugurated on. He was no longer President. He isn’t immune from indictment for taking bribes from our foreign adversaries or intentionally allowing them to access our most private intelligence or personal information. There is practically no end to the crimes Trump has committed or conspired to commit. He should be held up in courtrooms all across the country. Every one of them should.
DA Alvin Bragg and Florida County State Attorney Alexcia Cox have the power to secure indictments against Trump for obstruction of justice and more for his role in the cover up and criminal activity of Jeffrey Epstein. Hennepin County Mary Moriarti, Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare, and York County District Attorney Kathryn Slattery can secure indictments against the ICE agents, DHS Secretaries, and the President responsible for the conspiracies that led to the murders of Renee Goode, Alex Pretti, Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, and Joan Sebastian Guerrero.
So what in the everliving fuck are we doing?
How many more people have to die? How much deeper into our government does Russia, China, and Saudi Arabia need to be? What is it going to take to make this nation do the bare minimum to save Democracy and the world from this global shitstorm we have caused? Are we really going to let President Trump or potentially a President Vance draft the nation’s children into a fucking war to annex Greenland??
C’mon folks. We’ve got this. It’s not even that hard. All we have to do is refocus our phone calls, letter writing campaigns, protests, and media messaging towards pressuring DAs and State AGs across the country to indict the President and his co-conspirators.
We can’t let these motherfuckers die comfortably at home. We really fucked up letting them get this far. Now that we actually have a chance to stop MAGA, we need to start moving – and we need to make up for lost time. We have an entire world to apologize to.
I’m sure Lady Death would think I’m choosing the cowards’ way out. She once said, “You do not negotiate with a rabid beast. You destroy it.”
We still have time to destroy it using the levers of Democracy instead of the weapons of war. We can end MAGA and the Republican party. We don’t have to wait for the clot-sack they call a heart bursts at the seams. We can end it now. Call your DA and demand indictments.
