Contact Alexcia Cox, the State Attorney of Palm Beach County, and Tell her to Indict Donald Trump

State Attorney of Palm Beach County Alexcia Cox
State Attorney of Palm Beach County Alexcia Cox

The President does not have immunity from indictment for raping children or obstructing justice in cases of child rape.

In 2024, the Supreme Court extended the ability to indict a sitting President to county and state level prosecutors. In Palm Beach County, home to Mar-a-Lago and Jeffrey Epstein's former residence, State Attorney Alexcia Cox holds the power to prosecute the President for refusing to release the entirety of the Epstein files and engaging in obstruction of justice. To date, she has not used it.

The only reason Donald Trump and his co-conspirators are allowed to continue their global crime spree is because no one is holding them accountable. Whether they are unaware of their authority or afraid of the President's retribution, District Attorneys and State Attorneys General have not used their power to take a stand against the President. The nation cannot fall because of their inaction.

It also cannot fall because we don't stand together and support these prosecutors when the Trump Administration launches their counter-attacks. We need to contact prosecutors, educate them on their authority, pressure them to pursue indictment, and let them know we have their backs.

Trump should be facing charges for his crimes in courtrooms across the country.

The Supreme Court has explicitly stated and proven that they are willing to allow for the prosecution and conviction of a sitting President, but only according to their new guidelines. Jack Smith was unable to meet those requirements to secure a conviction for January 6 before Trump took over the Department of Justice. That's why he was never held accountable.

Today, we have a new opportunity to follow the Supreme Court's new guidelines. We have to act immediately, and there is no better place to start than the first Black State Attorney of Palm Beach County. Use the information below to call, email, or write her today. Tell her to indict the President and let her know we have her back.

Subject: Request for the Investigation and Indictment of Donald J. Trump for Obstruction of Justice (Epstein Files)

Dear State Attorney Cox,

I am writing to urge your office to take immediate action regarding the past, present and ongoing criminal acts being engaged in by the President of the United States, Donald Trump, in Palm Beach County.

Specifically, I am asking your office to launch a full investigation, summon a grand jury, and pursue the indictment of the President for the obstruction of justice being committed in regards to the full release of the Epstein Files.

In July of 2024, the Supreme Court replaced the Department of Justice’s guidance on Presidential immunity with their own set of guidelines.

These new guidelines remove the absolute immunity that Presidents had enjoyed since the Nixon Administration and replace them with a tiered system of immunity that creates room for indictment for unofficial acts that violate criminal statutes.  Further, they remove the monopoly the Attorney General claimed on indictment and extend that authority to county and state level Prosecutors.

In Palm Beach County, home to both the President’s residence and Jeffrey Epstein’s former residence, the State Attorney has the authority to prosecute a sitting President for crimes that are committed outside of the duties of their office. The Court has consistently affirmed that obstruction of justice does not fall within the official duties of the President.

The American people are demanding that the President be held accountable for his role in the conspiracy to protect Jeffrey Epstein. The President is obstructing that accountability.  The people in Epstein’s network are still free to harm children in Palm Beach and, as evidence suggests, across the globe.  You have the power to stop them. I am urging you to use it.

Thank you for your time and for your public service. I look forward to hearing from you regarding what concrete steps your office plans to take to address these critical issues.

Sincerely,
